Perfect example of marketing - Reliance Power IPO

Anil Ambani brought the mega IPO of Reliance Power with lot of fun fare. He organised the road show across India and abroad. As the time went on people started becoming crazy about the mega IPO. Every one was busy in discussion related to the reliance power IPO. People were pouring all there saving to make a huge profit. No body was thinking of the fundamentals related to the company. Mr Ambani was collecting money for his company which will commence it's operation after five or more years. He and his merchant banker sold the dream to the public very nicely. People poured 190 billion $ against the issue size of 3 billion $. Every one was thinking of making huge profit. But no one thing who will buy the dream. The dream of 4.2 million people shattered and of the dream of Mr Ambani to become the richest person of India also gone in vain.
The slogan "Power On India On " now turned in to "Power On Investor Gone". I hope the people will learn some lesson that dream and reality is two different sides of the coin.

Gandhi a lost ideology

Gandhi Jayanti came and passed away as usual. All over India people discussed lot about Gandhi ji and his ideology and thoughts. People paid their tribute and matter finished. One thing we should try to observe that whether ideology of Gandhi ji is still relevant or we are going far away from his ideology. We are talking lot about India growth story whether this is applicable for all Indians. Fractions of Indian hold pink paper and wear a black tie and discuss lot about sensex. Even in our media you will find most of them discussing about the rise and fall of sensex. Majority of Indian people which reside in village or urban area do not know about sensex , they are struggling to make their live hood. The humanity is loosing ground in bigger cities and every body is leaving a lonely life .We need to save the rest of India which is away from cities. Gandhi ji said that money from rich people will be utilizes in development of society but the reverse is happening. The people who are rich getting rich day by day and poor people become poor day by day. The gap in society is becoming wider. Every body is thinking of its own not for society. Now the time has come we should try to put more emphasis on the ideology of Gandhi ji.

Dream

The word dream has a special meaning in every one's life.Right from our child hood and till we live every body dreams. what ever we dream that has some meaning in one's life. With dream life is nothing.It also reflect our state of mind what we think. It helps us to achieve our goal and to carve out our future plans. One may say that this is conflicting that how dreams helps us to achieve our goals and helps us to carve out our future. When ever we dream we try our best to achieve it. It depends on us how much effort we are putting in achieving our dreams. Pursuing dream and the present situation may some time cause conflict, but by making a balance between them help us to achieve our dream. Without having a dream in life one cannot lead the life with full of excitement, thriller,suspense and lot more. At last chasing of dream is continuous process.

Three 'R' That affect India

Life of every Indian is some how affected by power of three R's. The three R's are

• Railway
• Reservation
• Reliance

Railway: One of the cost effective and easiest way to access almost all the part of India.One can find the taste of India while traveling in the train.The recent make over of railway by the current railway minister has made the railway one of the most discussed topic among B schools. Railway is the best example of the government managed organization.

Reservation: Most debated topic since we gain independence. The motive of reservation has completely changed from the uplifting of the back ward strata of society to the political benefit. Now reservation is decided how much certain political party will gain from providing the reservation to particular religion or particular caste and creed. More than fifty years of independence still we are struggling with issue of reservation.

Reliance: The most famous name in India and also abroad. The visionary person who created Reliance and shown the world that Indians have potential to create a world class company and able to run it successfully.Today rally in the stock market and Reliance are linked so closely that people always think that Reliance means rally.Reliance shown the corporate world how the business is done.

Thing which I miss...

After reading the title you might think what I missed most. Your brain would have generated lot of views bur the thing which I most is writing blogs. The person who inspired us and made mandatory for our batch to write blog is Mr Raman. He made the blog writing as a part of curriculum of our course. Due to job schedule I do not get enough time to write blog on weekly basis. The benefit of writing blog is one can improve his vocabulary and can express his view and thought without any constrain.
